Our Mandate

Elwak Water & Sewerage Company Ltd (ELWASCO) is a corporate entity incorporated in April 2020.

under companies Act 2016. The Mandera County Government is the sole shareholder. The mandate of the company is to provide clean water and sewerage services to

the residents of Elwak Municipality and its environ, in a financially sustainable manner and within the Government stipulated regulations.
